How to Make an Online Return
Need to return or exchange an item? We’ve made our online return process completely automated so you don’t have to wait for an email response. Follow these 3 simple steps to submit your request:
Step 1: Find Your Order
Log into your Qultim account and head over to your Orders page. Find the completed order containing the items you wish to return and click the grey Return button on the right side of the screen.

Step 2: Select the Items
You will see a breakdown of the items in that specific order. Check the box next to the product(s) you want to send back, then click the Return button below the list.

Step 3: Fill Out the Return Form

On the final page, customize your return preferences before hitting submit:
- Quantity: Choose how many of each item you are returning.
- Request Type: Select whether you would like a Refund to your original payment method, Store Credit via a Qultim gift card, or a Replacement/Exchange.
- Shipping Choice: Let us know if you want us to email you a Pre-paid Return Label (a flat $14.99 fee will be deducted from your total) or if you prefer to Ship via your own carrier at your own expense.
- Reason: Select the reason for your return from the dropdown menu. If an item is defective or wrongly shipped, our team will ensure no label fees are deducted.
Click Submit, and you’re all set! Our system will guide you on the next steps based on your shipping choice.
