– Only products purchased directly from our online store are eligible for return or exchange. Products bought from third-party sellers or physical retail stores should be returned to the respective seller.
– The return/exchange request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
– The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.

– Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. Please make sure to write this RA number on the package clearly.
– Pack the product securely in its original packaging or a similar package to avoid damage during transit.
– Ship the product back to us using a traceable shipping method. The return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or wrongly shipped.
– Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
– If the product is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
– If you wish to exchange the product for a different size, color, or style, our team will assist you in finding a suitable replacement. Any price differences between the returned and exchanged products will be settled accordingly.

– For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on intimate apparel such as lingerie, swimwear, or accessories like earrings or hair accessories.
