Return and Exchange Policy

At Qultim, we’re committed to providing our customers with high-quality women’s modest apparel. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we want to make the process as convenient as possible. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Online Purchases

For orders placed through our online store, the following policy applies:

  • Return Window: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of the order date.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.

Online Return Options & Fees

When submitting an online return, you can choose between two convenient shipping methods:

  1. Qultim Pre-Paid Return Label: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label. A flat fee of $14.99 will be deducted from your final refund or store credit to cover shipping costs.

  2. Ship via Your Preferred Carrier: You may return the product using any carrier of your choice. If you select this option, no fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we highly recommend using a traceable shipping method, as Qultim is not responsible for lost transit.

2. In-Store Purchases

For purchases made physically at our retail storefront, the following policy applies:

  • Full Refund: Eligible items can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Exchange or Store Credit: After the initial 24-hour window, customers have up to 7 days from the purchase date to exchange the product or receive store credit via a Qultim gift card.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels intact. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Refund & Exchange Methods

Once your returned product is received and inspected by our team to ensure it meets eligibility criteria:

  • Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Store Credit: Customers may choose to receive their refund as store credit or a digital gift card for future purchases.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, our team will assist you with a replacement. Any price differences will be settled accordingly. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

4. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and final sale:

  • Evening Dresses: Due to the delicate and formal nature of these garments, all evening dresses are non-refundable and final sale.

  • Clearance Items: All items purchased from our clearance section are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

5. Online Return Process

  1. Log into your account on our website.

  2. Navigate to your recent orders and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  3. Follow the on-screen prompts via our automated return portal to select your return shipping method (Qultim Label or Self-Shipping) and submit your request.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or wrongly shipped, please submit a request through our online portal immediately. We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs, to quickly assess the issue. We will arrange for a return or replacement entirely at our expense, and the $14.99 return label fee will not apply.
