A Day in the Life…
- Personalized Styling: Provide honest and sophisticated feedback to guests about style, fit, and the art of modest layering.
- Quality Advocacy: Educate guests on the superior fabrics and craftsmanship of our curated collections, ensuring they understand the “quality” pillar of Qultim.
- Bilingual Connection: Utilize your bilingual skills (Arabic/English) to provide an inclusive and welcoming experience for our diverse community.
- Digital Brand Ambassadorship: Assist in capturing high-quality “behind-the-scenes” social media content and styling videos to engage our digital community.
- Seamless Operations: Confidently manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, processing transactions with the same grace and efficiency provided on the sales floor.
- Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with customers and use digital tools (text and social media) to keep your “client book” updated on new arrivals.
- Boutique Upkeep: Keep the store “customer ready”—this includes steaming delicate textiles, re-merchandising displays, and maintaining a peaceful, clean environment.

- The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical Requirements:
- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which include reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
