Prepare the item(s) for return: Ensure the product(s) is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Please prominently include the RMA code above on the packaging or return label.
There are two methods available to return the product(s):
- Prepaid Label Method:
For your convenience, a prepaid return label was included in your order. If you opt to use the prepaid label, a fee of $14.99 will be deducted from your refund. However, this fee will not be deducted if the product is defective or was wrongly shipped. - Shipping Company of Your Choice Method:
You can choose to return the products using the shipping company of your choice. If you select this option, no fee will be deducted from your refund. When using this method, please ship the product back to us using a traceable shipping method.
