Prepare the item(s) for return: Ensure the product(s) is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Please prominently include the RMA code above on the packaging or return label.
There are two methods available to return the product(s):
- Prepaid Label Method:
A prepaid return label has been included in your order for your convenience. If you did not receive a prepaid label or would prefer to receive one, please get in touch with our customer service team, and we will happily provide one for you. If you opt to use the prepaid label, a fee of $14.99 will be deducted from your refund. However, this fee will not be deducted if the product is defective or was wrongly shipped. - Shipping Company of Your Choice Method:
You can choose to return the products using the shipping company of your choice. If you select this option, no fee will be deducted from your refund. When using this method, please ship the product back to us using a traceable shipping method.
